Publication Options for TICC Authors
The 10th Thailand International College Consortium (TICC) International Conference offers authors flexible publication pathways for their accepted papers. Please read the following information carefully before making your selection.
1. Choice of Publication Venue
Authors may choose to publish their accepted papers in either:
• TICC Conference Proceedings, or
• One of the seven (7) Partner Journals listed on the TICC website.
2. Review of Journal-Specific Conditions
Authors are strongly advised to carefully review the publication conditions, scope, and requirements of each Partner Journal before submitting their selection. Each journal maintains its own editorial standards, review processes, indexing levels, and submission requirements. A detailed list of conditions for each Partner Journal is available on the TICC website.
3. Partner Journals with Publication Fees
For authors who select a Partner Journal that requires a publication fee, please note that:
• The conference registration fee remains payable to TICC, and
• The publication fee must be paid separately to the respective journal, in accordance with the journal’s own terms and conditions.
4. Partner Journals without Publication Fees
For authors who select a Partner Journal offering free publication with reserved article slots, please be aware that:
• The number of reserved slots is strictly limited. Authors who wish to publish in a fee-waived partner journal may select only one journal of their choice. Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a submission is received, the TICC committee will forward the article to the editorial board of the selected journal for an initial screening to determine whether the article has sufficient potential and falls within the journal’s scope. If the article meets the journal’s criteria, it will proceed to the peer review process. If the article does not meet the criteria, it will be returned to the central system and redirected for publication in the conference proceedings instead. In such cases, the next article in the queue will be moved up to fill the available slot, provided that the journal still has remaining capacity.
• The decisions of both committees are final and binding.
• Please also be advised that the publication timeline for partner journals differs from that of the conference proceedings. Papers accepted for publication in a partner journal will follow the publication schedule and timeline of the respective journal.
• Papers published in a partner journal, the abstract will also be included in the TICC conference proceedings.
5. Papers Not Meeting Journal Standards
Papers submitted to a Partner Journal that do not pass the journal’s editorial review or do not meet its publication standards will not be rejected from the conference. Instead, such papers will be published in the TICC Conference Proceedings, ensuring that all accepted conference papers receive an appropriate publication outlet.

             Please note that the TICC Organizing Committee does not guarantee the acceptance or publication of any article submitted to a partner journal. The final decision on whether to accept or reject a manuscript rests solely with the editorial board of the respective journal.
